About me

From classical structure to the body’s impulse
Of French-Italian origin and based in Montreal for over a decade, Jennifer Di Pietro bridges the precision of the French Conservatory with the organic approach of North American techniques, such as Meisner and Strasberg. On stage, she has explored the classical repertoire, portraying the character of Cléante in Molière’s The Imaginary Invalid (Compagnie de la Lettre 5). A laureate of the Théâtre du Nouveau Monde (TNM) laboratories as a performer and the Momentum program as a creator, she leads a unique artistic research focused on the "Wild Woman" archetype—a depth that informs both her acting and her work as a screenwriter.

An international and versatile presence
Jennifer’s career spans across Europe and Quebec. Following her participation in the short film Lui c’est Pierre Léon — alongside Agnès Jaoui, Jean-Pierre Bacri and Agnès Soral  — she recently starred in the lead role of an international short film produced by Goalcast, garnering over 3 million views worldwide. Her versatility also extends to the genre film festival circuit, notably at the Fantasia Festival, where she portrayed the NTV24 journalist in the film Cobalt, nominated for "Best Short Film."

A physical and creative artist
A multidisciplinary artist, her background also includes professional voice-over training for video games and stage combat expertise. This commitment of both body and voice, coupled with her screenwriting experience, makes Jennifer a disciplined collaborator capable of embodying demanding roles that are as emotionally complex as they are technically rigorous.
