About me

I am Madeleine Faye from Senegal, I moved to Italy 13 years ago. 
From Tuscany I moved to Rome to study acting.
I like listening to music, writing down something in my diary even if it's small or insignificant. 
I love being surrounded by nature, listening to it at night from my window before going to bed. Often I look at the sky, what is between the stars and me as an emotion, the moon and that black area that I see around them and i feel like that my childhood is sealed there somewhere, full of good and bad memories. 
I often get emotional when I think about my childhood, perhaps because I'm melancholy.
I started studying acting because it is as if it had always been the mysterious part of me, the one that I felt the need for but was suffocating, I think that this art is a need to dig and experience the mystery of humanity.
I want to delve deeper into this feeling of involvement that I have, which I am very enthusiastic about and I am happy that it is part of my daily life.
But my biggest goal is to tell stories, women stories, full of emotions and above all to make my people reflect and to be able to see and think and live  the concept of diversity in a positive way.
I'm very happy to have this dream in my drawer, it's the first real time!
I would like to inspire those who have not reached the finish line, those who see failure as a defeat, to those who are afraid to speak.
I am a very emotional person and this affects the way I act.
I keep everything inside myself, words and feelings that I have never expressed that need to come out, which is why sometimes I write to feel good as an act of necessity. 
I like reading because I'm curious and in addition to discovering new things it also helps me sleep well. 
I go to the gym where I run a lot and I finally learned to swim, what a relief! 
Now I want to learn to play the guitar!
