Matteo Berardinelli

I was born in Rome on October 2nd, 1992. I began my artistic training by attending acting courses and, in 2015, I was admitted to the National Academy of Dramatic Art “Silvio D’Amico” where I graduated in 2018 with the play "Tyrant Oedipus", directed by Giorgio Barberio Corsetti. During my time at the Academy, I had the opportunity to work with Valerio Binasco, Francesca Archibugi, Laura Morante, Giuseppe Piccioni, Lorenzo Salveti, Arturo Cirillo, Massimiliano Farau, and Giorgio Barberio Corsetti.

To enrich my training, I also participated in workshops outside the Academy, including the “Two Weeks Introduction to Screen Acting” course in 2014 at LAMDA – the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

In 2019, I worked on the set of "Petra", directed by Maria Sole Tognazzi, and also on the project "The Beast (La Belva)", directed by Ludovico Di Martino.
In 2021, I played the role of Heracles in the adaptation of Euripides’ "Heracles", directed by Danilo Capezzani at the Dionysiaca Festival in Segesta. That same year, I was involved in "Vita da Carlo", directed by Carlo Verdone and Arnaldo Catinari, and "La donna per me", directed by Marco Martani.
In 2022, I performed at the Spoleto Festival in "Todo" by Rafael Spregelburd, directed by Tommaso Capodanno, and in the same year I was part of the cast of "Even", the debut film by director Giulio Ancora.
In 2023, I worked on "Roman Holiday (Vacanze romane)", written and directed by Nella Tirante, a project presented at the InDivenire Festival. I also took part in an acting workshop held by the company Carrozzeria Orfeo, with whom I later collaborated as an assistant director in "We Will Save the World Before Dawn (Salveremo il mondo prima dell’alba)", and as an actor in "A Nocturnal Tale (Una storia notturna)", an adaptation of Italo Calvino’s short story "A Night Driver (Un guidatore notturno)", directed by Carrozzeria Orfeo in collaboration with Le Canaglie.
