Miriam Zammataro

About me

I was born in Palermo, I studied in Milano and now I live between Rome and Sicily, depending on where work takes me.
One of the most meaningful experiences in my acting career was playing the lead role in
Voce Disumana, a film shot and produced in Serbia, directed by Nikolaos Nikos. For that role, I was honored with the RAAI Award for Best Emerging Actress.
When I’m not working as an actress, I sometimes work as an assistant director. It’s a role that comes very naturally to me, and I really enjoy it!
