  • Stefano Dell’Accio, born in Turin on March 24, 1974, is an Italian actor, director, writer, and screenwriter. He graduated in acting from the T.N.T. (TeatroNonTeatro) acting school in Turin, under the guidance of actor and director Michele Di Mauro. At the age of 21, he began his career as a comedian, performing on the Zelig circuit and touring his shows throughout Italy. At the same time, he explored dramatic theatre, collaborating with several Italian theatre companies, including Il Melarancio in Cuneo, Fondazione TRG in Turin, Il Dottor Bostik in Turin, and Sciara Progetti in Fiorenzuola d’Arda, among others. 

  • In 2009, he founded the theatre company Comunque Polonio Era Malato – Teatro, for which he created and directed productions over a period of nine years. Several of these works were featured in important festivals and theatre showcases, including Maldipalco, Ermocolle, and Nuove Esplosioni. During this time, he further developed his directing skills through workshops and training programs with renowned directors such as Gabriele Calindri, Gabriele Vacis, Marco Baliani, and Nino D’Introna. 

  • He studied directing and screenwriting at AIACE Torino. In 2016, he directed the six-episode web series Colpo di Scena for Fondazione TRG, 
     His affinity for language and his ability to create vivid imaginative worlds led him to write and publish two books: Blister in 2020 — later adapted into a theatre production with more than 50 performances — and Io Sto a Caso in 2022, winner of the Todi Immagina Prize. Both books were published by Miraggi Edizioni.
