I am Valentina De Cecco, an actress and former teacher of English and French, holding a First-Class Honours degree in Languages, Literature and Intercultural Translation. I am currently attending a Master’s course in Dubbing at the CSC – Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome.
I have undertaken training at renowned institutions such as LAMDA in London and the Accademia Teatrale Veneta. I also studied at EstroTeatro and EmitFlesti, a cultural association based in Trento, which selected me for several professional productions. I have taken part in workshops led by notable figures such as Eugenio Allegri, Gipeto, Alessandra Frabetti, Francesco Giorda, and Marco Bocci.
In 2018, thanks to the TTM Musical Company of Trento, I approached the world of musical theatre, deepening my skills in solo and choral singing as well as tap dance. I have worked as a film actress for BellunoCiak and have taken part in various short films, audio guides, advertisements, and corporate videos. In 2019, I was selected as an actress for the Fantasio Directing Festival, performing in La Cantatrice calva…con bacon directed by Francesco Leschiera.
In 2022, I founded Compagnia dei Bravi, at the time the first professional prose theatre company in Trentino-Alto Adige composed of artists under 30.
I have collaborated as an actress and voice-over artist with, among others, Brand&Soda, Videocrazia, and Rai Radio Alto-Adige. For three years, I taught acting, children’s theatre (giocoteatro), and Theatre in English at Compagnia TTM, and I also led workshops in Italian diction.
In 2024, I was selected to study playwriting and narrative theatre—first at Teatro Fraschini in Pavia with Roberto Anglisani and Angela Demattè, and later at Teatro Elfo Puccini in Milan with Carrozzeria Orfeo.
